Johan Peraza is an independent singer, songwriter, and producer from Bogotá, Colombia. Blending alternative pop and rock with British indie influences, his work combines organic instrumentation with electronic textures and synths. Through songs built around memory, heartbreak, and resilience, his music explores the quiet aftermath of personal experiences and the process of moving forward.

Johan's professional recording journey officially began in 2022 with the release of his debut single, "Prisoners". Tracked and produced at AudioEstudio by producer Juan Fernando Moreno, the song served as his first official step into the independent music scene. Inspired by the theatrical pop-rock landscapes of Harry Styles and the dark, genre-bending energy of Twenty One Pilots, "Prisoners" became the playground where Johan began shaping his signature sound—blending melancholic, reflective lyrics with modern pop-rock production.

This artistic evolution led to 2025, a year marked by the release of "Museum Of Broken Hearts". The release was a major milestone for the project, featuring Johan's very first official music video. Alongside this release, projects like the live performance in the "Algo Tranqui Session" highlight his ability to translate his studio recordings into raw, organic live settings. Today, Johan Peraza continues to expand his catalog—focused on developing more honest songwriting, experimenting in the studio, and shaping the next steps of his musical project.

Bringing these years of work together, the project takes shape in Heartbreak Files, Vol. 1, a collection that compiles previously released singles alongside unreleased vault tracks. Functioning as a clear narrative anchor, the EP gathers these individual stories into a cohesive first body of work—marking an initial milestone while establishing the sound and direction for what comes next.
